Refund policy
Please be advised that our universal paint protection film kits are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once ordered. Any deposit made towards these items will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Disclaimer:
In the event of a cancellation due to ordering by mistake, a change of mind, or finding another option, if you initiate a chargeback against our company while retaining the product, this will be considered an act of fraud. We will take all necessary legal actions to recover our product and compensate for the time and financial losses incurred.
This includes filing a criminal complaint for stolen merchandise, pursuing a civil lawsuit in the state of California, and taking any other steps necessary to protect our business. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably before resorting to such measures.
Refunds:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contacts us immediately (same day) if any damage is visible to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Once paint protection film is un-adhered from backing film we cannot accept it as a return. Please make sure to test fit before installing your paint protection film kit.

We have a same day return policy, which means you have the same day after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within same day of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
